A family business, built on showing up
Ada Larkspur and Ben Vane started this shop in 2009 with a simple promise: do good plumbing, treat people the way you’d want to be treated, and leave every home better than you found it.

What started as two people and one van has grown into a small, trusted team — but the way we work hasn’t changed since day one. We still answer the phone ourselves, still write down the price before we pick up a wrench, and still treat your home with care.
We live and work right here in Marlow Creek, and we serve our neighbors in Pine Hollow and Sutter’s Ford too. When you call Larkspur & Vane, you’re calling people who might see you at the grocery store next week — and that keeps us honest.
